Sherra Aguirre is the author of Joyful, Delicious, Vegan: Life Without Heart Disease, released in May 2021. She is a successful entrepreneur and was founder and CEO of a nationally recognized services company, which she sold to focus on her passion for health and wellness. Sherra describes herself as high energy, in better overall health, and in many ways more fit than in her thirties or forties. She has practiced meditation and yoga daily for more than 25 years, and has always researched and read extensively about diet and lifestyle as the most important factors for achieving and maintaining good health.
By adopting a whole plant-based diet, Sherra eliminated her symptoms of hypertension and improved her overall health despite a significant family history of high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke. She is passionate about empowering others to maintain vibrancy and good health throughout their lifetimes by changing how we eat.
