What shall we do with this new year?
We have to-do lists not yet completed from last year, resolutions we still plan to keep.
The new year opens up new possibilities, and with good fortune, our holiday retreat into family and celebrations has cleared us for renewal.
The late Joan Didion said:
I’m not telling you to make the world better, because I don’t think that progress is necessarily part of the package. I’m just telling you to live in it.
Not just to endure it, not just to suffer it, not just to pass through it, but to live in it.
To look at it. To try to get the picture. To live recklessly. To take chances. To make your own work and take pride in it. To seize the moment. (1975)
We are a leadership development firm that helps people and organizations create resilient, sustainable, multicultural, and inclusive settings. The ability to lead consciously can help you gain true awareness and earn the respect and trust of others.
It’s the assumptions we have about people’s lives that are the biggest obstacles to growth, awareness, and success. We help you understand how those assumptions are preventing you from becoming the best you can be as an organization, an inclusive leader, and a person.
