We envision a world of peace, mutual support, and mutual responsibility, including intolerance for hunger, climate action, responsible news outlets, and compassionate leadership.

By Jean Latting and the Leading Consciously Staff

Inclusive holiday celebrations to all of you, from all of us.

What we do, we do for you. You are at the center.

We are filled with gratitude for the opportunity to share with you what we know, and to learn with you what works and how you make it work.

Now, as always, we are aware of how interconnected we all are.

We envision a world of peace, mutual support, and mutual responsibility, including intolerance for hunger, climate action, responsible news outlets, and compassionate leadership.

And this season especially, we wish for an end to the love of violence as a solution.

A world built for us all to thrive.

We will be taking time off on a staggered schedule this month. Content will continue as planned, although we may be delayed in responding to comments.

After all, we preach self-care; it’s time to practice it.

May we all come back renewed in January, to pick up the baton for inclusion and equity, and mutual care and support.

Thank you for your ongoing support and faith in us.

Leading Consciously

We are a leadership development firm that helps people and organizations create resilient, sustainable, multicultural, and inclusive settings. The ability to lead consciously can help you gain true awareness and earn the respect and trust of others.

It’s the assumptions we have about people’s lives that are the biggest obstacles to growth, awareness, and success. We help you understand how those assumptions are preventing you from becoming the best you can be as an organization, an inclusive leader, and a person.
